The “Baerwaldbad” is a public Bath under heritage protection, built between 1901 and 1917. Parts of the older section of the complex are in urgent need of repair. Since 2007 Zukunftsbau is involved in the conservation process by combining vocational training with apprentices and young persons at risk with real conservation works in the bath.
